Pay Range: $24 - $32 per hour (Based on experience; benefits are optional)

The Role

We are seeking a versatile Equipment & Fleet Maintenance Technician for a permanent, full-time position. You will work alongside our Lead Mechanic to maintain our equipment and vehicle fleet, while also assisting with general building maintenance and yard projects. This is a great role for someone who likes variety - whether it's wrenching on a loader, troubleshooting equipment, or handling repairs and improvement projects around the facility.

Qualifications

• Mechanical experience with equipment and/or heavy trucks (semi/dump truck experience is a major advantage).
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform mechanical repairs; hydraulic or diesel experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery (loaders, etc.) or a willingness to learn.
• General repair skills, including basic construction, building maintenance, and facility repairs.
• Reliable team player with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
