Your Role

• Provide personalized nursing care and administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.

• Monitor residents, respond to changes in condition, and communicate with providers and the care team.

• Maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation.

• Guide and support nursing assistants to deliver safe, compassionate care.

• Build trusting relationships with residents and families while protecting dignity, independence, and privacy.

• Follow infection prevention practices, safety procedures, and individualized care plans.

What You Bring

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program

• Current, active Wyoming LPN license in good standing

• CPR/BLS certification as required by facility policy

• Strong clinical observation, communication, and organizational skills

• A dependable, compassionate approach to resident care

• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred

• Ability to perform essential nursing duties, including resident assistance and mobility support, with or without reasonable accommodation
