Email: View email address on click.appcast.io/ph3Job Duties:/h3ulliGrow relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, facilities managers, and other target audiences/liliProvide a detailed scope of loss and estimate on construction projects and property insurance losses/liliPrepare, negotiate, record, communicate and secure approval on the scope of the project with the insurance adjuster and property owner and/or communicate with the project manager/liliOversee contracts, job files, estimates, changes orders, and other pertinent paperwork/liliSecure scan applicable contract(s) and other paperwork into job folder/liliCoordinate financials including invoices, draws and final payment/liliPrepare documents necessary for mortgage company and escrow accounts communicate to Administration/liliOnce approval received, prepare communicate to administration when to update and close job/liliDevelop a vendor network of skilled trades to compliment Paul Davis in-house services/liliCreate budgets for Project Manager to follow during the repair process/liliCollaborate with a project manager on producing the job while hitting financial goals/liliHit or exceed annual sales goal with good margins/liliAchieve top-rated customer service ratings/liliMeet/exceed RMS scoring metrics/liliCreate and achieve yearly sales goals/liliFollow insurance trends in claims and adjusting losses/liliGrow knowledge of new industry technology, building products, and current building trends/liliAdditional job duties as requested/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliProfessional in communication and presentation/liliExcellent customer service skills/liliAble to exercise judgement on behalf of PDR/liliEnjoy a fast-paced and sales focused environment/liliMust be outgoing, driven, self-starter and have a passion for success/liliHighly organized and able to plan with strong attention to detail/liliKnowledge of practices and procedures in water, fire, mold, and trades/liliKnowledgeable in the insurance industry, understand trends in claims and adjusting loses/liliKnowledgeable on building products, new products, building technologies/liliMaintain and obtain additional IICRC certifications when requested by management/liliMaintain a valid drivers license and reliable transportation/liliAbility to pass pre-employment requirements/li/ulh3Experience:/h3ulli2+ years experience in Xactimate Symbility required/liliBuilding construction knowledge and experience required/liliPay based on experience with possible bonus and commission based on performance/li/ulh3Physical Demands:/h3ulliOccasional stand/walk/push/pull/liliOccasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling/liliAbility to work in confined spaces/liliExposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat/liliExposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times/liliAble to enter areas of fire, smoke, mold, sewage, etc./li/ulpAt Paul Davis Restoration we provide extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need.
