Title Coordinator

Title Coordinator Liberal Public Schools is seeking an organized, knowledgeable, and collaborative professional to serve as the Title Coordinator. This position supports the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of federally funded programs, including Title I, Title II, Title III, Title IV, McKinney-Vento, Migrant Education, and other federal initiatives. Working under the direction of the Director of Federal Programs, the Title Coordinator helps ensure programs meet federal, state, and district requirements while supporting student achievement, family engagement, and continuous improvement throughout USD 480. Key Responsibilities Federal Programs & Compliance Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of federal programs and initiatives. Support compliance with ESSA and other federal, state, and district requirements. Maintain accurate program records, reports, documentation, and files for monitoring and audits. Assist with required needs assessments, program evaluations, and district improvement efforts. Monitor program timelines and ensure required reports and documentation are completed accurately and on time. Interpret and communicate federal program requirements and guidance to district and building staff. Data & Program Support Collect, analyze, and interpret student achievement, attendance, demographic, and program participation data. Monitor program outcomes and assist with identifying opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports, presentations, and compliance documentation for district leadership and state agencies. Utilize district and state reporting systems to maintain accurate federal program information. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with administrators, teachers, counselors, federal program staff, families, and community partners. Provide guidance and technical assistance related to federal program requirements and allowable activities. Coordinate stakeholder committees, meetings, and required parent and family engagement activities. Assist with professional development related to federal programs, compliance, and best practices. Serve as a liaison with KSDE and other agencies as assigned. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education. Current Kansas teaching license. Valid Kansas driver's license. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret and apply federal and state regulations and program requirements. Ability to manage multiple deadlines, reports, and compliance requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, student information systems, and related technology. Preferred Qualifications Five years of experience in education, school administration, organizational compliance, or a related area. Experience with ESL instruction. ESL endorsement. Experience with educational leadership. Knowledge or experience with federal education programs, ESSA requirements, data analysis, and compliance monitoring. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Ability to work in district office and school environments and travel between district buildings as needed. Frequent computer and office equipment use.
