Adelphoi is seeking a passionate Community Counselor to join our Family Relationship Coaching program in Bradford County . If you have a Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field , and want to make a difference in the lives of youth and families, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Deliver prevention, intervention, and reintegration services to youth and families
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and oversight to parents and their children during family visits
• Mentor caregivers in parenting
• Respond to crises and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders and attend court hearings
• Uphold Trauma-Informed Care principles

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong communication and tech skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Empathy, active listening, and critical thinking skills
