Mission Readiness Associate 2/VH 6 Associate

Our client, an Av Manufacturing company, is looking for a Mission Readiness Associate 2/VH 6 Associate for their Las Vegas, NV location. Responsibilities include:

• Support for daily fleet operations at test sites.
• On-time vehicle readiness for tests and service operations.
• Daily upkeep of vehicles including cleaning, charging, and sw bring-up.
• Ensuring the test site is organized and presentable for operations.
• Helping ensure vehicles meet regulatory requirements.
• Supporting parts team in organizing and transporting spare parts inventory.
• Supporting company milestones and optimizing drive operations across multiple locations.
• Ensuring vehicles, equipment, and workplace are clean and ready for use.
• Providing logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment.
• Assisting with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness.
• Performing routine charging of test vehicles and supporting equipment.
• Executing mission prep procedures including software launching, SW and HW configurations, deploying SW, capturing data, and escalating issues.
• Providing support as a member of the Incident Response Team during vehicle recovery scenarios.
• Supporting the readiness of spare parts and the associated inventory.
• Providing hands-on technical support to BaseOps technicians (fluid changes, part replacements, wiring checks, etc).
• General testing support (documentation, pre-mission assistance, cone courses, obstacles, traffic control, support vehicle driving).

Requirements include:

• 2 - 4 years of work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.
• Ability to go up and down stairs, as well as stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, kneel, and reach during shifts.
• Possess a "get it done" attitude, safety-first mindset, and a sense of urgency to resolve problems and tasks.
• Proven ability to problem solve and deliver on high-pressure situations.
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deliverables.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Technical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in automotive repair.
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence.
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Suites.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
