Property Administrator

To ensure timely enforcement of lease provisions, the full-time Property Administrator will manage maintenance and repair obligations with Landlords, coordinate shopping center projects, and update relevant information in pdSiteLink, while working remotely within the United States. Key responsibilities Contact Landlords regarding maintenance and repair issues and monitor progress Coordinate shopping center projects and obtain necessary approvals Review leases to determine responsibilities and provide legal notice letters as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent Property Management experience in a retail environment preferred 2+ years of Property Management/Lease Administration experience Ability to understand legal terminology and interpret Lease clauses Strong skills in Word and Excel Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
