We are actively looking for an experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a strong powersports service background who enjoys working with people, supporting a high-performing team, and helping drive an exceptional customer experience. As an Assistant Service Manager , you will work closely with the Service Manager and Service Department team to support daily operations, technician productivity, customer satisfaction, and team development.

  Responsibilities:

• Support the Service Manager with daily Service Department operations
• Assist in leading, coaching, and developing Service Technicians and Advisors
• Monitor technician productivity, workflow, and department efficiency
• Help maintain customer satisfaction and resolve service-related concerns
• Assist with meeting department profitability and performance goals
• Promote a positive, team-focused environment aligned with Young Automotive Group values
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall dealership operations
• Participate in training, meetings, and employee development
• Maintain strong knowledge of powersports products, service operations, and industry standards
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe Service Department

  Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an automotive or powersports service environment
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of powersports and fixed operations
• Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
• Proven work ethic consistent with our culture
• A passion for growth and a desire to make a difference
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
