Responsibilities Teach private and semi‑private lessons using the B2R curriculum combined with your own expertise and creativity. Communicate progress of each student by creating quality lesson notes and assignments in the MyB2R App. Create a positive, encouraging, and engaging learning environment. Guide students in building skills that prepare them for recitals, open mics, and ensemble participation. Engage in curriculum development and specialized learning events. Qualifications College student currently studying music or education, graduate with a music/education degree, or musician with equivalent experience. Strong understanding of music theory and technique on your primary instrument. Experience working with children or teaching is a plus (but not required). Creative, reliable, positive, and organized, comfortable working with students of all ages and skill levels.
