From sun up to sun down, your role involves crafting a safe environment, enacting quick responses to safety concerns, and directly contributing to team efforts while knowing the specifics of each team member’s required skills.

• Empowering your team by conducting skill-enhancement trainings
• Assigning roles that accentuate productivity and proficiency
• Setting quality standards that thrill every customer
• Synchronizing schedules to meet diverse delivery goals
• Providing coaching that helps staff thrive
• Driving continuous improvement across operations
• Monitoring key metrics, from attendance rates to task completions
• Playing a vital role in hiring skilled technicians
• Occasionally managing hazardous materials tasks

• A background with at least a year in supervisory roles in skilled trades
• Diverse experience spanning three years within specialized operations like truck equipment
• Valued certifications such as welding and ASE
• Professional prowess in both written and verbal communication
• Readiness to conduct team trainings in various fields
• Flexibility in working overtime when the need arises
• Team collaboration skills with a multi-department approach
• Ability to manage physical demands such as lifting of 20+ lbs
