Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated Pool Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be assigned a daily route servicing residential pools. You'll spend your days outdoors ensuring our clients' pools are clean, chemically balanced, and running smoothly.

No prior pool experience? No problem! We are happy to fully train the right individual who shows up with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive a company vehicle to customer homes on assigned daily routes.

Perform routine pool maintenance: skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying skimmer/pump baskets.

Test pool water chemistry and add appropriate chemicals (chlorine, pH balance, shock, etc.) to maintain clear, safe water.

Inspect pool equipment pads during visits to ensure pumps and filters are operating correctly.

Document completed services, chemical readings, and notes for each customer using our digital route app.

Maintain clear, professional, and friendly communication with homeowners when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required). Age: Must be 21+ (for company vehicle insurance purposes).

Work Ethic: Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently without constant supervision.

Physical Ability: Able to work outdoors in summer weather conditions, lift up to 100 lbs (chemical buckets/salt bags), and stand/walk for extended periods.

Customer Service: Strong communication skills and a friendly, respectful attitude.

Basic Mathematical skills.

Pay & Benefits:

$500.00 - $1,200.00 per week
