We're looking for line cooks who can help us delight our guests with fresh, fantastic food — prepared exactly to recipe, plated with pride, and served fast and hot. Our line cooks are a huge part of why our guests keep coming back again and again!
(Heads-up: Weekend availability is a must!)

What you'll be doing:
- Prep and stock your station with everything you'll need for the shift
- Cook guest orders to recipe standards — including special requests
- Make sure every plate looks great, tastes amazing, and hits our ticket time targets
- Communicate and work closely with kitchen leadership and teammates
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to keep food (and you) safe
- Keep your station and equipment clean and ready to go
- Monitor and log food temperatures for safety
- Properly date, rotate, and store all food items
- Tackle side work and extra projects with a great attitude
What we're looking for:
- A valid food handler's card
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language used at work
- Solid knowledge of different cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Accuracy, speed, and consistency in executing orders
- Someone who can roll with the ups and downs of a busy day
- Good judgment and teamwork (with manager support when needed)
- A positive attitude whether working independently or as part of the team
Working conditions:
- Wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud kitchen noise
- Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry up to 40 pounds regularly
- Must be able to stand for long periods and move easily throughout the kitchen
- Morning and daytime hours only — no evening shifts!
