Responsibilities
- Control the status of instruments in the customer's database and manage the tracking of instrumentation.
- Apply comprehensive inventory management knowledge to provide logistics management, calibration resource tracking, scheduling and forecasting of project needs.
- Manage inventory within the reservations system
- Enter/Create work orders
- Coordinate with customer based on needs
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems.
- Physically inventory client assets.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or higher/equivalent Military training or previous experience in inventory management or related fields
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal and listening skills.
- Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit and strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail is a must.
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and Apple: Pages, Numbers and Keynote
