• Engage actively in daily prospecting to connect with potential buyers and sellers, using proven strategies that yield results.
• Convert initial conversations into scheduled appointments through consistent and effective follow-up.
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine your skills and boost your confidence in the real estate market.
• Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to closing.
• Maintain accurate records of your activities to have a clear understanding of your business progress and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive environment where successes are celebrated and challenges are tackled together.
• Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to provide clients with the most current and relevant advice.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
