Starling Physicians – Physician (Internal Medicine / Family Medicine)

Starling Physicians is recruiting Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join an expanding primary care team at our NewBritain location. The position offers a total first‑year compensation potential of over $400,000, competitive vacation time, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for resident teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients Monday through Friday with no weekend shifts.
• Participate in shared call rotations.
• Option to work a four‑day workweek is available.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• DEA license and the ability to obtain Connecticut licensure before starting practice.
