Job Description

An MRI Technologist is needed for a hospital setting in Newburgh, NY. This part-time role requires availability on weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There may also be opportunities to work every other weekend, along with one weekday, depending on candidate preferences.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures following established protocols to ensure high-quality images.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort during MRI scans.
• Ensure proper functioning of MRI equipment and report any issues.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS Certification
• Certified MRI Technologist - ARRT (MR)
• Current and valid state licensure to practice as an MRI Technologist
