Walk‑in interviews Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm, Saturday 9 am‑3 pm on the second level of the mall above the restaurant. Responsibilities Oversee the dining room, including placement of large parties. Act as a goodwill ambassador to guests, greeting and seating guests. Support a team of Maitre D', servers, food runners, buses, carry‑out and delivery supervisors, hostesses, and bartenders to provide excellent service.
