ABOUT THE POSITION:
Job Type -Ophthalmologist
Subspecialty -Glaucoma Surgeon
Reason for Adding Job - Increased Volume
Practice Management -Full time Administrator
Relocation Bonus Offered -Yes
Vacation/PTO -3 weeks - 1-3 years;4 weeks - 3+ years
Start Date -TBD - Open to timing
Annual Cataract Procedures -2500 -95% in ASC
Est Surg Volume for this role -1000-1200 (1000+ within 2 years)
Hospital Call -No
MD Experience Requirement -Open to Residents -Need to be able to adapt to 30 cases / week quickly
Compensation -1st year guarantee350K Est. (PTO/ 401K/ Full Medical Dental)

Refractive Surgery - Lasik - Visx
Femto Laser - Lensar
Phaco System - Alcon Centurian
Support team for ATIOLs- Yes from Surgical Counselors
Staff and Support Team -Tenured
MDs on Staff - 6
ODs on Staff - 6
Partnership Opportunity -Yes - Buy in after 2 years
OD Network -Yes
Research -Yes - will discuss
Refractive Surgery - Lasik -Yes
