Production Operator

Machine Operator Opportunity

Aerotek is hiring immediately for machine operators in the Racine area. This position is fully onsite in a corrugation manufacturing facility.

Job Description:

• Operate multiple stations on our high-speed production equipment
• Collect and stack cardboard at end of machine
• Use tape-measure to ensure products are meeting compliance
• Load machines with raw materials

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 1 year of production or manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
• Ability read a tape measure to the 1/8 of an inch

Shift Schedule:

1st shift - Monday through Friday - 6 AM to 2 PM

2nd Shift - Monday through Friday - 2 PM to 10 PM

3rd Shift - Monday through Friday - 10 PM to 6 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caledonia, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
