These contract opportunities offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules, working with diverse caseloads tailored to your expertise and career goals. Hybrid work arrangements are available, allowing for both onsite and remote service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Active Kansas SLP license required
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
• Previous school-based experience desired
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage caseloads based on position (see details below)
• Commitment to fostering growth and progress for students with various communication needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in elementary or middle school settings
• Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Track student progress, maintain documentation, and provide regular updates to families and staff
• Engage in consultation and training for teachers, staff, and parents
• Utilize technology effectively for hybrid or teletherapy services if needed
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulatory requirements

Available Positions:

• Full-time, Middle School: Serve 45–50 students across two schools
• Full-time, Elementary: Serve 50–55 students across two schools
• Part-time, Elementary: Serve 20 students
