Skillfi is looking for a passionate Consultant to join our dedicated team in Austin. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the Human Resources industry, where you'll play a key role in shaping organizational strategies and enhancing workforce effectiveness.
As a Consultant at Skillfi, you will work closely with clients to provide tailored HR solutions that drive employee engagement and optimize performance. You will be involved in various projects, from talent management to organizational development, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional HR services.

Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs and develop customized HR solutions
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions
- Conduct research and prepare reports on HR trends
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Support clients in talent acquisition and management processes
- Provide guidance on compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay current with industry best practices and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR consulting or a related role
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
