Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid and current state OT licensure.
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, especially with K-4th grade students, is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working closely with teachers, families, and other professionals.
• Ability to assess student needs, develop intervention plans, and document progress effectively.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and adaptive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services for students in grades K-4.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapeutic interventions.
• Work collaboratively with educators and support staff to implement strategies that promote student success.
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Deliver evidence-based OT practices and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Educate staff and families on best practices for student support.
