Job Description

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Proven experience as a school-based OT, preferably working with elementary-aged children
• Familiarity with best practices in educational OT interventions
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and collaborative spirit
• Ability to manage a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) in a school setting

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group OT services in alignment with IEPs and district guidelines
• Assess students needs and create tailored, goal-driven intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to maximize student success in the classroom
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
• Serve as a resource for disability awareness and adaptive strategies within the school community

This contract assignment spans from early November 2026 through early February 2027, offering meaningful, hands-on work within supportive educational communities. The caseload will be determined upon placement, ensuring your expertise aligns with student needs.
