Job Description

Delphi Healthcare is currently recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician for a permanent opportunity at Lewis County Health System . This position offers the unique chance to step into an established practice as a retiring FP physician transitions out, while also helping shape and grow a developing pediatric service line.

\n Position Overview \n

• Base Salary: $340,000 (full-time permanent outpatient + inpatient/call responsibilities)
\n
• Start Bonus: $25,000 paid with first paycheck
\n
• Productivity Bonus: RVU-based (paid quarterly, >50% MGMA)
\n
• Call Coverage: Approximately 10 days/month (shared among 3 providers)
\n

Clinical Scope \n

\n
• Outpatient pediatric care with opportunity to help build a new pediatric office
\n
• Inpatient pediatric admissions: <50 per year
\n
• Level 1 Newborn Nursery (<180 deliveries annually)
\n

\n Requirements \n

\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
\n
• Current PALS, NRP, and BLS certifications
\n
