Practice Highlights

Employed, Permanent Position: 100% Outpatient Family Practice
Work Life Balance: 4.5 day outpatient schedule; no call, no nights, and no weekends
Culture & Support: Paired with dedicated RN or MA; protected staff admin time built into the day
Desirable Practice Setting: Well-resourced; advanced diagnostic tools and seamless specialty referrals
Ideal Work Environment: Collaborative team of 15 on-site primary care providers in established practice
Optimal Patient Volume: Volumes designed to support quality focused care

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed annual base salary with additional production incentive
Sign On Bonus: $150,000
Retention Bonus: Annual retention incentive up to $15,000
Relocation Assistance: $12,000 relocation stipend
Professional Growth: $5,000 annual CME allowance
Comprehensive Benefits: Full benefits package; 5 weeks PTO, 5 CME days plus 6 paid holidays annually

Qualifications

Degree: MD or DO
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Licensure: Active state medical license or ability to obtain one
Sponsorship: J-1 and H-1B visa candidates encouraged to apply
