HR Advisor
PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein)
Monument Health in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to serve as a first point of contact for inquiries related to recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee health, policies, and employee relations. This role will handle Tier 1 questions and escalate Tier 2+ as needed, while maintaining accurate case records. You will provide guidance using established training and policy, support employees, physicians, and applicants, and ensure privacy and confidentiality at all times. #J-18808-Ljbffr
