- Shift Type: 24Hour
- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in OB/GYN - [REQUIRED]
- Active TX license (or in process) - [REQUIRED]
- Clean malpractice and license history - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - [REQUIRED] * no exemption, required at presentation
