Physician - Breast Medical Oncology

Department of Medical Oncology & Therapeutics Research | City of Hope National Medical Center Overview City of Hope Medical Group seeks a full-time medical oncologist specializing in breast cancer to join our Duarte team. This position offers a rare opportunity to work within a 450+ member integrated multidisciplinary medical group practice serving an NCI‑designated comprehensive cancer center. Position Highlights Clinical responsibilities include mostly outpatient and some inpatient breast cancer treatment with a focus on compassionate, patient‑centered care. Relocation assistance available. Potential for incentive compensation and an excellent benefits package, including a generous retirement plan (no match requirement). Qualifications Several years of experience as an academic breast cancer oncologist with excellent clinical skills desired. Well versed in the state of cancer care and the latest research and innovations. Commitment to clinical research, demonstrated by submission of publications and presentations at international and national conferences. MD or MD/PhD or equivalent degree, fellowship trained, and board certified or eligible. Eligible to obtain or already hold an active California medical license. Compensation Salary range: $300,000 – $500,000 per year. The range listed is exclusively for base compensation and does not include incentive compensation or benefits.
