Position: Automotive Detailer 

Location: Skyway Motorspace, Palmetto Florida

Overview: 

Skyway Motorspace is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role requires a passion for automobiles, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities: 

• Perform thorough cleaning, washing, and polishing of vehicle exteriors and interiors. 

• Use specialized tools and cleaning agents to ensure the removal of dirt, stains, and odors. 

• Vacuum and shampoo upholstery, carpets, and other surfaces inside vehicles. 

• Apply waxes, sealants, and protective finishes to enhance and preserve vehicle appearance. 

• Perform minor paint touch-ups and scratch removal as needed. 

• Inspect vehicles for any damages and report findings to management. 

• Ensure vehicles are fueled, charged, and prepared for delivery to customers. 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing bay and equipment. 

• Collaborate with team members to achieve service department goals. 

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred. 

• Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work. 

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. 

• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and work in various weather conditions. 

• Familiarity with a variety of cleaning products, tools, and techniques. 

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
