Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our warm and ready rotisserie chicken. You’ll help a family have a great meal and juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with bakery orders. Responsibilities Prepare fresh food items daily following recipes. Wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure freshness. Maintain high-quality products and clean, sanitized area. Ensure shelves are clean, temperature controlled, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products. Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food. Maintain the sales floor in accordance with company policies and procedures by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. Keep member satisfaction as top priority. Be a solution seeker, tackle obstacles head‑on, adapt to change, and maintain a positive attitude. What You’ll Do Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with the team and adapt to business needs. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; manage high exposure and expectations; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and provide attention to customer needs; assist customers according to company policies. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club; model high‑quality service and products; execute basics at the highest possible level of quality; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.
