Senior Product Manager

We're looking for someone with genuine product sense. Someone who gets curious about how people actually work, digs into their world until they truly understand the problem, and then moves quickly to deliver something useful. Your audience will change. Sometimes it's a client. Sometimes it's an executive. Sometimes it's a team that doesn't yet know what they need. What doesn't change is the expectation: understand the problem deeply, cut through the noise, and create solutions that actually make someone's work better. You'll work at the intersection of AI, product strategy, research, and business transformation. You'll help shape what gets built, how it's evaluated, and how decisions are made. You'll turn ambiguity into direction, insights into action, and ideas into outcomes. We're not looking for someone who waits for perfect requirements. We're looking for someone who can identify what matters, ask the right questions, and move from concept to execution with speed and judgment. What You'll Do Develop a deep understanding of customers, stakeholders, and business challenges, translating insights into product strategy and execution. Define, build, and evaluate AI-powered solutions, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, business impact, and responsible AI practices. Partner with engineering and business leaders to shape product direction, influence key decisions, and drive successful outcomes. Transform ambiguity into clarity through research, analysis, communication, and execution, ensuring teams stay focused on what matters most. To Succeed In This Role Technical Product & AI Expertise 5+ years of product management experience ideally spanning payments, workflow platforms, digital experience transformation, or related product domains. Strong understanding of payments ecosystems, partner integrations, and workflows. Familiarity with AI-enabled product capabilities, such as AI agents, automation, or intelligent support experiences. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and data driven analysis. Hands-on experience building and deploying applications using AI/LLM technologies (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar), including familiarity with RAG architectures, LLM evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI practices. Product Analytics & Platform Experience Experience using product analytics and customer insights to inform roadmap decisions and measure adoption. Experience building or managing platform, API, or developer-focused products. Proven ability to influence product, business, and technical decisions at the Director and VP level without direct authority. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including authoring PRDs, technical briefs, one-pagers, and executive communications. Experience serving as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change. What Sets You Apart Strong product instincts and relentless curiosity about users and how they work. Intellectual honesty, sound judgment, and a bias toward action. Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate them with clarity. Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and creating direction where none exists. #J-18808-Ljbffr
