(4-6 adjusters.)/liliOversee claim exposure analysis and resolution strategies across the teams caseload./liliEnsure consistent communication with clients, claimants, and stakeholders to drive efficient outcomes./liliPromote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement./liliEnsure compliance with client expectations, internal best practices, and regulatory requirements./liliMonitor and maintain accurate, timely claim documentation and reporting./li/ulpKey Responsibilities/pulliSupervise day-to-day operations of a workers compensation claims team handling lost time, indemnity, and litigated files/liliProvide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to adjusters/liliConduct file reviews and audits to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance/liliPartner with leadership and clients to improve claims strategies and service delivery/liliManage team workloads, productivity, and service level expectations/liliAssist with complex or escalated claims as needed/li/ulpQualifications/ppRequired:/pulliHigh School Diploma/lili5+ years of workers compensation claims experience/liliMinimum 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience within claims/liliStrong experience handling Colorado workers compensation claims/liliProven leadership, coaching, and team development skills/liliStrong understanding of industry standards, compliance, and claims best practices/liliProficiency with claims management systems and standard business software/li/ulpPreferred:/pulliBachelors Degree/li/ulpHere at Canon Recruiting, People are our priority, and we are committed to Include Diversity in every segment of who we are.
