Beauty Training & Brand Coach
JCPenney
JCPenney is seeking a Beauty Field Trainer to elevate the skills of Beauty Associates and Beauty Managers through classroom, virtual, and digital trainings. You will deliver content on product knowledge, selling skills, and brand values, ensuring a best-in-class Customer experience and driving profitable sales.
The role requires up to 80% travel, weekend shifts, and partnership with Beauty Leaders to identify training opportunities.
