Sample Shipment Specialist

Eurofins BioPharma Services – Zionsville/Lebanon, Indiana Overview Position is full-time, Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm; may include some weekends. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Zionsville/Lebanon, Indiana are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Using LIMS system, prepare for shipments, ensuring appropriate temperature-controlled shippers are on hand and conditioned appropriately Package materials for shipment so that they arrive at the destination site intact, within temperature range (if requested), and with the appropriate paperwork enclosed Follow all department procedures and SOPs; understand and apply GMP regulations to daily work; document data in accordance with regulatory requirements Qualifications Knowledge of cold chain shipments Familiar with DOT/IATA Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills Comfortable to work on different sites within an hour drive Basic Minimum Qualifications High school diploma + 2 years of related experience, or college degree in a related field Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Additional Information Position is full-time, Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm; may include some weekends Candidates within a commutable distance of Zionsville/Lebanon Indiana are encouraged to apply Benefits Excellent full-time benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision options Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is a Disabled and Veteran Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
