Second Shift Assembler

Adecco is currently assisting a local manufacturing client in Fitchburg, MA! We are seeking experienced electromechanical assemblers on 2 nd shift. This is a temp to perm opportunity.



Job Title: Assembler / Production Associate

Location: Fitchburg, MA

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 2:30PM - 11:00PM

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire



Responsibilities Include:

• Perform assembly tasks according to work order instructions
• Maintain quality standards and follow all production procedures
• Complete required work orders and time sheets daily
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Notify supervisors of incomplete or inaccurate work instructions
• Report equipment issues or production concerns promptly
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Adhere to ERP procedures related to production assembly
• Support compliance with ITAR regulations and company quality standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• ERP system experience is a plus
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required

Additional Requirements:

• Due to ITAR and/or CUI compliance requirements, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
