This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, mentoring team members, and delivering exceptional service to commercial and industrial customers. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems * Service walk-in coolers, freezers, rack systems, prep tables, ice machines, and commercial HVAC equipment * Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related issues * Lead service calls and support apprentice and junior technicians in the field * Ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance on all jobs * Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls * Complete accurate service documentation and work orders * Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and management * Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment What We're Looking For * 3-5 years of commercial HVAC/R experience (refrigeration industry experience) * EPA Universal Certification required * Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills * Proven leadership or mentoring experience in the field * Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently * Professional attitude and strong work ethic * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous learning Why Join SRV Temperature Solutions?
