Forecasting Senior Manager - F135 Sustainment Team Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite) Salary range: 132,400 – 251,600 USD Responsibilities Own the execution of 1‑3 year program removal event forecasting strategy and lead the forecasting team. Focus on tactical and operational removal event forecasting with a short‑to‑medium term horizon (1‑2 years). Develop new processes, standards, and operational plans to support the functional strategy. Make moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems, and products to enhance removal event forecasting. Communicate forecasts and strategic program impact to executive‑level stakeholders. Supervise a team of seven forecasting analysts. Qualifications Degree in STEM with 10 years of logistics, fleet readiness, or forecasting experience, or advanced degree with 7 years of experience. Demonstrated people leadership experience. Preferred: Advanced degree in business intelligence, data analysis, engineering, aerospace logistics, or equivalent. Experience with engine overhaul and repair processes, engine hardware, assembly, operation, and testing. F135 or other military engine logistics experience.
