Pay Rate: $18.76 / Hour

DayTime Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, greet visitors, patients, and staff, and help to verify identification, visitor logs, and/or access permissions in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Answer phones, provide directions, and document routine activities, reports, and unusual events with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Help to support an orderly front desk presence by observing entrances, managing visitor flow, and following post instructions for restricted areas and/or after-hours access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be able to provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
