Job Opportunity
The Resource Float Pool is a highly skilled team dedicated to providing support across two campuses located in Tucson, AZ. This versatile pool is essential in maintaining operational efficiency by floating staff where needed.
Campuses Overview
Tucson Campus: A 600+ bed Level I Trauma Center, featuring approximately 16 Adult Health units catering to a patient population ranging from Observation to Intermediate Care Units (IMC).
South Campus: A Level III Trauma Center located roughly 10 minutes away from the Tucson Campus, which consists of 4-5 Adult Health units, also spanning from Observation to Progressive Care Units (PCU) based on seasonal needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide flexible support throughout the Adult Health units as needed. Be prepared to float to various units, including expanded areas in Emergency Departments (ED) and Post-Anesthesia Care Units (PACU), to assist with Adult Health patients requiring inpatient care.
Requirements
Previous travel experience in a healthcare setting is mandatory.
Work Schedule
This position operates on a 2nd shift, requiring 12-hour shifts.
