Account Manager: B2C Local

The Role Account Manager – will act as the main point of contact with clients and internal team members, project manage and drive initiatives, provide marketing strategy and testing, and coordinate efforts with fulfillment teams. Benefits Salary range: $95,000–$115,000 (dependent on experience) Flexible PTO policy Medical, vision, and dental insurance 401(k) with generous match Vacation bonus ($500 after 1st year, additional $250 each following year) Tuition‑free enrollment into Disruptive University Additional benefits available Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact with clients and internal team members, and project manage and drive initiatives with both the client and the internal DA team. Own the marketing strategy and testing for Disruptive Advertising channels and recommend non‑DA channels based on performance. Create a cross‑channel marketing strategy to be delivered to the client and coordinate efforts with fulfillment teams to execute the strategy. Work closely with an internal client services team to produce results for your client. Continuously communicate value to clients and grow client accounts through upselling/cross‑selling opportunities and in‑platform growth. Qualifications 2+ years of experience managing client accounts in the digital marketing space; agency experience required. 2+ years experience managing $10,000+ monthly multi‑channel SMB to Enterprise client accounts. 1+ year experience managing client accounts or customer relationships in a B2C local industry, preferably home services (HVAC, roofing, restoration, etc.). 1+ year of CRM experience required (HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan). 2+ years experience creating strategy with SEM, SEO and Meta platforms. Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics and other tracking and attribution tools. 1+ year experience with Asana or other project management software. Strong problem‑solving skills, comfortable with risk, socially poised, motivating team builder. Results oriented, analytical, and driven for change. Exceptional listener and strong communicator; able to resolve concerns well. Ability to influence clients and internal teams, build community, and gain trust quickly.
