SaaS Revenue Retention & Collections Specialist

NinjaOne is seeking a Renewal & Collections Specialist to join its Global Customer Retention team, supporting the North America region. You will own an assigned portfolio of accounts, drive outreach for past-due balances, and protect revenue at renewal. This hybrid role is based in Tampa, FL or Austin, TX, with in-office presence 3 days a week.
