Join us as a Project Manager in the Building Automation field where you'll lead complex customer projects from start to finish. This role offers the chance to drive efficiency, manage diverse teams, and deliver exceptional results in a dynamic, global environment. What will you do? Lead end-to-end execution of customer projects, managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities to enhance project outcomes and reduce costs Foster strong customer relationships through clear communication and proactive stakeholder engagement Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and internal compliance requirements What are the key skills we are looking for? Prioritization — advanced level; managing competing demands across multiple projects and stakeholders Project Management — intermediate level; leading end-to-end delivery of mono-technology and multi-system integration projects Customer Orientation — intermediate level; fostering relationships and ensuring exceptional customer experiences Risk Management — intermediate level; conducting assessments and implementing mitigation strategies Operational Efficiency — intermediate level; driving cost reduction while maintaining or improving delivery quality Communication — intermediate level; coordinating effectively with local and global teams and stakeholders Critical Thinking — intermediate level; making sound decisions in ambiguous situations with minimal supervision Budgeting — intermediate level; overseeing project financials and ensuring alignment with business objectives What qualifications will make you successful? Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and drive results independently Strategic thinker who balances big-picture vision with hands-on execution Excellent stakeholder management abilities and comfort navigating complexity with confidence Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation Qualifications 5 or more years of relevant experience in the Field of Building Automation, HVAC Automation and Technical field. 4-year bachelor's degree (e.g. Project Management, Business Management, Operations Management, etc.) or work experience. Understanding of and proficient in project management skills Working knowledge of ISO requirements Excellent time management and organization skills Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Professional Scheduling Programs Financial acumen and understanding Excellent customer service Leadership skills: team building, empower and delegate authority, ability to build rapport and consensus. Advanced knowledge of contract law, codes, standards, and industry construction knowledge Strong written and verbal communication skills Influence and convince internal and external customers, listen effectively, and solicit input from others.
