Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Pelvic floor physical therapy experience required
• Prenatal experience required

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment
• Expected patient volume is 8 to 10 patients per day
• Monday through Thursday hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Friday hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
