Starting Rate of Pay: $28.00/hour

Shifts Available and Hours:

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM 5:00 PM (MondayThursday or TuesdayFriday)
• Rotating 12-Hour Night Shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM on a two-week rotation:
• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (48 hours)
• Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday (36 hours)
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.

What you will be doing:

• Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders in the maintenance system
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment
• Assist with overhead crane maintenance, welding, and fabrication tasks
• Support equipment reliability and production uptime through timely repairs
• Maintain maintenance records and a safe work environment

What will make you successful?

• Required Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience or completion of industrial maintenance technical courses
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
• Industrial Maintenance Certification preferred
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 100 lbs
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
