F135 International Sustainment Regional Manager (Onsite)

Position Overview Pratt & Whitney (P&W) Military Engines F135 Sustainment is seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Regional Fleet and Logistics Program Manager for the F135 International Program. The role involves leading a team of Country Logistics Program Managers, Field Support Engineers, and Technicians to support F135 international customers. What You Will Do Work closely and collaborate with internal P&W teams to assist FSEs and country LPMs in resolving emerging customer issues and maintaining flexibility to address constantly changing priorities. Meet regularly with JPO and in‑country counterparts to manage customer expectations and priorities. Ensure key delivery metrics are tracked and measured, taking appropriate actions to meet program objectives. Visit sites within the assigned region to provide leadership support and receive program‑level propulsion feedback. Work with the F135 Contracts Team to ensure current customer needs are covered under contract and funding, and plan for new customers and site stand‑up. Support the F135 International Site Activation & Transition Manager, hire and ensure a smooth transition into a country for new FSEs and technicians, and ensure new customers and sites transition from concept to Initial Operational Capability (IOC). Represent the “voice of the customer” for the assigned region at IPMT, SPMT, CSIPT and other program meetings. Provide team leadership actions to ensure training and administrative requirements are accomplished on time, customer feedback is captured, records are tracked, and grievances are addressed immediately. Maintain contract adherence for onsite FSE coverage, program reviews and customer support. Support country LPMs and FSEs in coordinating and completing Fleet Management Plans (FMP) for fleet campaigns, and guide Contractor Field Team efforts. Qualifications You Must Have BS/BA degree required. 10+ years of technical or program management experience in an aviation‑related field. At least 3 years of managerial and leadership experience. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance (U.S. citizenship required). We Prefer Advanced degree and/or MBA. JCL2 certification, knowledge of TAAs, Global Trade/ITAR requirements. F135 familiarity: fleet operations & fleet management, supply chain management, support equipment management, HPSI structure, PBL contracting & requirements, taxes, tariffs, duties in relation to GAM. Previous F135 FSE experience. Experience interfacing with internal and external customers.
