What We Offer:

• Flexible Scheduling: We operate 7 days a week. Full-time - 4 shifts per week (8-12 hour shifts). Part-time- 2-3 shifts per week (still 8-12 hour shifts). Immediate start dates & paid training
• Pay (Hour rate + Tips + Performance Based Bonus) Total Average Earnings: $22 -$26/hour

A typical day includes:

• The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.
• Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers' homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer
• Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
• To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team
• Feel amazing about helping your community

What you bring to the company:

• You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)
• Possess a valid driver's license (No CDL Required!)
• Have a clean driving history clean 3-years (No points, suspensions, or violations)
• Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
• Previous sales and customer service experience will aid in the success of our team
