Operations Manager Permobil has a position open for a Operations Manager Pay Range: $120,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday Location: Build what's next at Permobil. Your Role in Our Mission Develop, manage, and supervise area managers. Develop, measure, and improve against KPIs related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery.Identify improvement projects, investments, and training needed to maintain and improve in these four areas. Serve as a member of the leadership team on the site modeling Permobil values and a continuous improvement mindset. Ensure safety of all personnel within the facility through building a strong safety culture and modeling safety leadership behavior. Identify areas of improvement and lead projects that will improve our cost of goods sold in line with our business strategy. Build a well-trained and motivated staff. Identify and escalation maintenance and building issues. Ensure plant housekeeping standards are maintained. Develop and hold account operating budgets and recommend plant capital expenditures. Improve our quality system through production and maintain compliance to ISO standards. Work closely with managers and their teams to promote and build a positive and productive work environment, teamwork, strong work relationships, trust, morale, andretention. Serve as a member of the leadership team on the site modeling Permobil values and a continuous improvement mindset What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration/management, operation management, or related field 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing leadership experience in a lean organization. 3 years’ experience working within an ISO certified QMS. Project management certificate with relevant experience. Knowledge of quality systems and standards. Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral), analytical, organizational, and conflict management skills. Knowledge of business, finance, and management principles. Knowledge of human resource principles and practices. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency with customer service/order tracking systems.
