Up to $19.50/hour | Inventory Specialist | Weekly Pay!

Position: Inventory Specialist Location: Oklahoma City, OK Pay: $18.50 to $19.50/hour Experience: 2 years of inventory/warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with MRP systems Education: High school diploma or GED Must be forklift certified Type: Full-time; Contract to Hire Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 4:30pm (Ability to work Saturdays as needed) Job Description Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, components, and finished goods Perform routine cycle counts and full physical inventories; investigate and resolve discrepancies Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and parts Issue materials to production and ensure timely replenishment of stock Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering to prevent shortages or overstocking Utilize ERP/MRP systems to track inventory movements and update records in real time Label, organize, and maintain warehouse and stock areas for efficiency and safety Work closely with purchasing, production, and engineering teams to ensure material availability for custom builds Assist in developing and improving inventory control processes and procedures Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations Position Requirements Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory tracking software preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel Ability to read work orders, bills of materials (BOMs), and part numbers Strong communication and problem-solving skills We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affiliation Action employer.
