Real Estate Fund Controller

A fast-growing, impact-oriented private investment platform is seeking a Fund Controller to lead all finance and accounting operations for a recently launched fund strategy. You'll report directly into the Fund CFO and will collaborate heavily with the real estate asset management team. Responsibilities Oversee fund accounting, GAAP financials, investor reporting, capital activity, and compliance Manage audits, tax processes, fund admins, and external advisors Monitor cash flows, financing structures, and credit facilities Support fund structuring, capital raising, and new initiatives Lead and develop a growing finance team (minimum 2 direct reports) Qualifications 15+ years in real estate / private equity fund accounting Prior Fund Controller or Assistant Controller experience strongly preferred Deep expertise in partnership accounting and open-ended fund structures CPA strongly preferred Builder mindset with comfort operating in a growing, evolving environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlas Search
