We're seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to join our team of hardworking, compassionate individuals who thrive in dynamic environments.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to emergency service calls for water, fire, mold, and biohazard restoration.
• Perform tasks like water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleaning to restore properties.
• Communicate effectively with customers, crew chiefs, and management to ensure top-notch service. -Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites with a clean, professional appearance.
• Participate in ongoing training and pursue certifications.

Who we are looking for:

• A team player with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions ( lifting 50+lbs, climbing ladders, working in tight spaces).
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
• Availability for on-call shifts, including some nights and weekends.
• No experience is required - we provide hands-on training for the right candidate!

• Physical ability to handle demanding tasks (lifting, climbing, working in confined spaces). -Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude. -Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry.
• Flexibility for on-call and overtime hours when needed.
